HAPPY TEACHERS' DAY

Hello my fellow DRAMA classmates

today i've realised how far apart we have grown
do you all still remember the time where we had our first drama lesson
we sat in a circle and we introduced ourselves
do you all still remember how we came in with such friendly characters
do you recall the lesson where Ms Lee taught us about how we should throw all the day's unhappiness into the red table?

do any of you remember the happy times we have had?
can you remember our first exam?
remember our theory paper?
remember how Ms Lee got the kite back for us during our outing?

do any of you ever recall the happy times that all of us have shared, when we are so busy arguing and fighting with each other?
i've realised today that we are all so caught up with the Teacher's Day performance that we have started to dislike one another. i think this is a good chance for us to reflect on what has happened ever since this whole performance thing started, and how we have treated each other. i dont know how many of you are reading this, but it doesnt matter. probably by the time the teacher's day performance is over then you guys start reading this.

my dear classmates, we have started out strong, lets not fall down hard because of each other. we are here to help each other, but sometimes when fights get too intense, i think its best that we all just try to refrain what we want to say.

we are all different, we have different views, we have different talents. somebody might be good at something, someone else might think hes good at that thing, while another person might think he isnt good at that thing at all. whatever it is, fights are bound to occur, but what matters most is that we learn to forgive and forget

we are all a different colour
and its because of our different colours that we are such a strong-willed, fun, loving, happy, confident, enjoyable, optimistic, beautiful, talented, amazing, smart, brilliant, exciting, friendly, incredible, heavenly, passionate, open-minded, superb, successful and rewarding class. if any one of us were gone, then one colour would be missing, and then the rainbow of talents wont be complete.

CONFIRMED DETAILS

Time: 1.30pm meet at Marina Bay MRT station
Date: 18 June 2010 (Friday)
Venue: Marina Barrage

ITEMS NEEDED

1) Food - to chomp on
2) Picnic mats - as many as we can have (or maybe just a few, not sure)
3) Games - like kite flying, or anything we can play there
4) Drinks - everyone will bring 1.5L of water
5) Umbrella [optional] - in case of rain or to protect your delicate skin from the sun
6) Money - for emergency purposes

NEW GROUP POLICY

Get into any groups you want, because there is now no limitations to the number of groups we can have. But the maximum number of people per group still remains the same. You can also go solo (1 person group) if you want.

Please submit all the names of your group members to me and the dish that your group will be making.

SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS !

1) Make a dish each, or get into groups (max 4ppl per group, max 2groups)! Please moderate the amount you're making, and do include factors such as how long we'll be there and how much/how many other food items are going to be there too! Any extra leftover food will be brought home by you :D ** IMPORTANT: HALAL FOOD **

2) We'll meet at MARINA BAY MRT STATION around 3pm (Afiq has prayers)

3) Please bring kites/games/anything that we can play there if you have them at home. Oh and bring picnic mats if you have them too!!! :D we'll try to join all the mats together and sit on them :)

4) Bring ONE 1.5L bottle of PLAIN WATER! (you can use any bottle, as long as it's 1.5L and you can fill them at home) - cups provided by me! Any leftover water you'll bring it home :D

5) Please bring some extra cash (just in case)

6) Bring foldable umbrella if you have :D well, you never know how the weather feels...\
